Hi @User_ZCWF3, That is a good alternative . Thank you! I'm assuming that highlighting the actual field label would require custom code. Regards, vti

Hi @Dinesh Babu Gadhamsetty, We just need to know exactly that. If there is a way to make the label of a custom field bold. For example, if we have a custom field on the Sales Order form named "Delivery Option", we would need it to appear on the form in bold, as in "Delivery Option". I'm afraid I can't post a screenshot,…

Hi Michelle, We found out what the problem was. We had to enable the Mail Merge box under Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM subtab > Marketing section. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N523426.html After that, all the non-admin users are able to access all the mail merge files…

Hi Michelle, There is absolutely no restriction in the Letter Templates folder. When we log in with the Accountant role, I don't have the same image in this account comparing to another account, even though there is no restriction. Kind Regards, vti

Hi Michelle, The URL you mention, can only take you up to the File Cabinet, regardless of the Role you are using. So even when I paste the URL you mention, it just take me to the File Cabinet and not to the specified folder. The only thing I can tell you, is that the Letter templates and everything else in there, are not…

Hi Michelle, This is tested with my user. I am testing with the Accountant role and I also have the Administrator role. The original user who found the problem only has access with the Accountant role. The Accountant role doesn't have access to the Letter Templates directory in the non-OneWorld account and in the OneWorld…

Hi Michelle, Unfortunately, the files are not restricted. Kind Regards, vti
-
Hi Michelle, The role is not customized. This is the standard Accountant role. Kind Regards, vti
-
Hi Michelle, We have already checked that. In both scenarios, there are no restrictions on the related folders. Non-OneWorld: OneWorld: Thanks for the advise though. Kind Regards, vti

Hi @Niks Blando-Oracle, Thank you for the prompt response. We'll probably store the information in a custom record type. Regards, vti

Hi Jack, Yes! This is the issue. FAM has not been installed yet on the account that the "Transaction" is missing from the source list. Thank you so much for figuring this one out. Kind Regards, vti
-
Hi Joahnna, I'm not sure I understand how this can be a system limitation. This is something that is available on all accounts that I have access to, except this one. If it was a limitation, it wouldn't be available to select on all accounts. Right? Can you please clarify? Kind Regards, vti
-
Hi Joahanna, I haven't actually created the field, since I can't get the transaction as a source list, there is no point. But I created an example for you, on an account that I can source from Transactions. The text field should be sourcing from the list field and both are applied on transaction records (bills, invoices,…

Hi Kristoffer, That was it! I did try using a formula but without the ".id". ? So it worked with this: Thank you so much for your help. Have a great weekend! Kind Regards, vti

Hi Mikko, Thank you for your prompt response! Regards, vti

@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle thanks for the solution! It did the trick. Regards, vti

Hi Mikko, Sorry for the delayed response. Performance was much better the next day. Will keep in mind article 8967. Thanks. vti

Hi Mikko, I'm good. I hope you're doing ok. That screenshot was from an invoice but the problem was also on other actions, like creating a new employee on another account. Anyway, I think it's better now... I'll ask the users for their feedback and if this is still a problem tomorrow, I'll open a case. Thanks! vti

Worked like a charm! Thanks Pauline.

Hi Camille, I noticed too that the store value parameter is the reason. I was just hoping there would be some way to get a line number, considering auto-populating is a must. Kind Regards, vti
-
Hi, Have you tried ${customer.accountnumber}?

How about setting a credit hold for that customer? Regard, vti
-
Ignore this post. This works just fine. Not sure what I did wrong. Regards, vti
-
Mikko thanks for the guidance. Will give it a try. Kind Regards, vti
-
Mikko thanks! Both ${transaction.subsidiary.mainaddress.address1} and ${transaction.subsidiary.address1} work just fine. Not sure why it didn't understand addr1 .

Thanks Roxanne.

Won't the posting period do? That's the only available, as far as I can tell.
