What are the rules for spam? per line C in the rules: unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes” or any other solicitation to other Users not sure what the penalty is. Just know you aren't supposed to do it.

I get spam everyday. AND... not one of those companies has sent me any viagra, even though they debit my card... There is a delete button located at the top of your email client.
