Hi, When you say Transaction Record, do you mean to say the record itself does not have any value? And that is why you want to use the Description of the item instead? If I understood it correctly, then uncheck the Inventory Detail and be sure that the Description is checked. Let us know about your thoughts, Joahnna

Hi, The Formula is only in the Criteria and Results tab then upon Saving and Running the result is just 35. BUT when you tried adding the formula on the criteria, then adding the Formula AND the custom field on the Results tab, then upon saving and running, the Results multiplied. Is that correct? Hi, The Saved Search must automatically be selected on the PDF Template. What we need to do is to open the Saved Search that you want to print, click Edit, then click New Template.
