Thank you John & Joy There were no extra or corrupt lines. It would only upload one item at a time and that was ONLY when we edited the name field to say name. The same exact template was used not even 5 minutes later and all items successfully uploaded.

Also, just wanted to add that we have used this same saved CSV template before with no errors
