Hi @User_CS3KK, Please remove the Customer Payment permission for the user/role not to have the Accept Payment button on the invoice.

Hi @User_GY7YY, Is there any restriction in this custom role? Check for scripts and workflows that are preventing the field from being editable if the user/role has access to items and sales orders. I hope this helps.

Hi @Asher_123 Yes, you need to give Items permission to the user/role as the Run Unrestricted will only make search results available to users who normally do not have permissions to see the underlying records. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Hi @Matan Shachaf, Is the On Behalf of Employee field a custom field? If so, navigate to the custom field and set the Field Type to Normal. Also, please make sure that the user/role has access to the Employee record. I hope this helps.

This search might be set to private. You can only view private saved searches through Lists > Search > Saved Searches. Show All Private Searches = Yes Schedule = Yes I hope this helps.

Hi @lilywu, In addition to what @Gaurav_NS and @Ivy Lopez-Oracle suggested, you can identify the search by its title and email subject. You can use it in Global Search to locate the saved search. Or you can create a Saved Search search and filter it using Schedule = True. Sample output: I hope this helps.
