Hi Ster, We do the same thing as Mark.. unfortunately it's a lot more clunky on the Vendor side ( ie. cannot print a Vendor RMA of any sort ) but on the Sales Order side it works well.. We also created some scripts that auto emails the RMA team so they're aware of what comes back and when.
