I'm having trouble with this. If your item has name/numbers like this: Parent Name/Number = 123XYZ and children of that item are like: 123XYZ : 123RED 123XYZ : 123BLUE 123XYZ : 123GREEN Would we have the name field as : 123XYZ : 123RED or as 123RED for the first item?

Scriptable Cart and Checkout are on. A warning for anyone considering avalara, their support people are NOT good. We're having trouble and getting ZERO resolution. Even worse, they've got some super glib/grumpy/condescending support people that simply ignore your questions or tell you to find the answer on your own in…

Even worse, they've got some super glib/grumpy/condescending support people that simply ignore your questions or tell you to find the answer on your own in their help site. I'm sure they just have…

Yes, we're back up. Please see the setting posted above.

Can you confirm if the tax is only being changed once the Sales Order is edited then saved -- or if the change happens as soon as the Sales Order is created in the NetSuite backend? Additionally, will the tax also change when you edit a Sales Order then click on Cancel to avoid saving it? This will help us identify if the…

Is SCRIPTABLE CART AND CHECKOUT enabled? No, Should it turn it on? Here are images of our store settings...

We use reference checkout 2.0.5 in SiteBuilder. I think we're on the newest version of reference Checkout and I understand it's based on SuiteCommerce. I'd check my settings in NetSuite, but I can't log into netSuite right now. Our web store works, so we're not completely down.. but the back office is broken at the moment.

Avalara did the Avalara integration. They just installed the bundle and that was about it.

You've given me hope! Thank you Micah

The second one that you just posted is a second issue. Issue #1 = No tax displayed in the WebStore until AFTER the customer finishes their WebStore Order. Issue #2 = It uses our home tax rate in the WebStore and then changes it to the tax rate for their delivery address when we edit the order in the NS back-office..

Hmm, that didn't work. Any other ideas? Try what you suggested against 10 matching records and each record has multiple line items. It only shows the quantity of the first line item. -Tom PS: UPDATE: What worked was what is shown above, but with one major difference. Turn off mainline = true
-
The trick: Go to the custom field that is missing from mass updates and click "apply to forms", then select all your item forms!
-
type = free-form text store value = yes applied to = INVENTORY ITEM, NON-INVENTORY ITEM, SERVICE, OTHER CHARGE, GROUP, KIT/PACKAGE and ASSEMBLY/BILL OF MATERIALS

Yea, I don't like the "Date Range = custom" as a workaround. If I want to make an analytics report for "sales, past 8 months"... it would have to be edited every month when people go to run the report/graph.

Thank you, Above is a screen shot of the error and one of the URL

SuiteAnswers 50731 is not about LTL in the checkout. They do a bunch in the NS back office... not customer facing.
-
Pacejet and Shiphawk were not good for what we need. They help you rate freight on the back end. Neither had some working example of anything that gave LTL rates in the webstore/Shopping cart.
-
10 years later ...Real Time rates for LTL is still needed in the checkout. Is there a 3rd party checkout that we can switch to?
-
Never mind. The time when it said "1 imported successfully" ... it must have really done all 50 because they're in there.
-
Yes, I followed the steps in steps in SuiteAnswers 67932. Using those instructions, I tried to import 50 addresses into 1 customer. The instructions say to make a key CSV file. So, if customer internal ID = 123 I've tried key file with just one line like... Internal ID 123 Then it imports just one of the 50 addresses from…

Was using help here... https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/51469/kw/NetSuite%20login

I got it to sort-of work. I can't put the form into an information item as that fails to log them in. I'm using this form... <form method="post" action="/app/login/nllogin.nl"><!--For a Customer Center login page, modify the post action link as specified in step 1.--><table border="0" cellspacing="0"…

It says "Next, tell your vendors to go to www.netsuite.com and log in with the email address and the password you entered on the vendor's record".. well, the login URL we're using does NOT have our account ID within the URL. Ours is the generic NetSuite login page. Wont that be a problem if another company running on…

Every setting was as you outlined except for credit limit. * Credit Limit = 0.00 (or any value as long as it is less than the total balance) The one above was credit limit = blank or <null> on new customers ... how would I make ti default to $0.0?

OK, so I took a test customer through the checkout. It appeared to stop the Net-30 order the first time through. I retuned 5 minutes later and tried to demo it to a colleague. I went through with the same test customer and it let me finish the order without forcing the customer (with no established credit) into a credit…

It kind of works. I think I see why we had turned it off. It lets ANY user enter a PO on the payment page and go on towards the final page of checkout. It waits until the final page of checkout and the payment message it gives them is vague. It doesn't say "you don't have net-30 terms" or "your account is credit card…

I had tried "member item - preferred location" = X, but it didn't bring up the right list. Just now I learned that it was another criteria in my search that I had missed that was filtering too may items. Thanks for the help.

Yea, we want the drop-ship behavior on line items (from a sales order) it says "DROP SHIP" and you can click it to make the drop ship PO. We don't want it to fire off automatically. Sounds like a no-go.
