We'v also noticed its been slower than normal. and some pages time out when they used to not.

This happens quite often when I submit a case. I have no idea why. Yes I often have the same problem.

one idea is was that search being used for a filter or a script? maybe that locks it from being able to be edited? Is he able to delete the first search?

I had the same issue. Support had me clear my browser cookies, cache and website db files related to any Netsuite domain. I restarted my browser (Safari 6.0.2 on Mac) and it fixed the issue. can anyone confirm this fix?

The mass update won't work either. We have custom fields that we have to manually populate. Thanks, but I'll work it out on my own, I'm sure... I use kits and I dont have this kind of problem. could the custom fields have anything to do with your problem?

Hi, To my knowledge there is no way to modify the body of the email NetSuite sends automatically. The only way to modify the body text would be to create a custom script that uses nlapiSendEmail and then blend in your own template in there. Hope that helps!
