No licence. The script creates a web page that can be displayed anywhere. So you can see it on a smartphone or a huge screen. You just need a browser and an internet connection. Mike is referring to the fields on the "Web Activity" tab on the customer record. I'm also trying to find these in a search. They don't seem to exist and I also can't access them using a formula. Advice from NetSuite would be appreciated.

I could not get LIKE to work with DECODE. What's the correct syntax?

This seems to work since wildcards in decode statements are apparently a no-no. CASE WHEN ({groupmember.custentity_badges_earned} LIKE '%Sponsor a Child%') THEN 1 ELSE 0 END
