This is really strange, this case is not even listed in the support cases for this account. Will someone PLEASE confirm that this case exists, and give me some kind of feedback as to what the status is? I know this was an S2, but keep in mind, when sales orders and invoice cannot be saved, no sales can be made. Help!!!!!

Angela, The main thing you need to do is clear your browser cache about once a week. This means deleting all of your temporary Internet files. Is this a saved, custom report?, If so, perhaps you could resave it and see if that fixes the issue.

Perhaps you might try going to help, choose guides, then CSV upload guides. You can find the templates at setup-import/export-csv imports.

OK, I have taken another look at my import. I even had another user look it over, and we both think it looks quite good. However,upon attempting to import it this morning, I get the same 'unexpected error'. If this had something to do wih my upload itself, would it not tell me specifically what the problem is?

I thought that might be the case. I was able to get some smaller uploads to import successfully, however now I am getting unexpected errors and it says I am not mapping the fields right (mapped identical to the tests that were sucessful). grrrrrr

not sure what happened, but when I broke it into smaller sections, I was able to get specific errors that I easily fixed. Ha! Uploads =0, angela =1 :D Thanks, guys.
