Nuevo en NetSuite | Resolver error: "No se ha encontrado el registro 'customrecord_absi_file_import_
Escenario:
Un usuario inició manualmente el proceso de importación bancaria haciendo clic en el botón 'Actualizar datos bancarios importados' en la página Confrontar datos bancarios, con el fin de recuperar nuevas transacciones bancarias. Sin embargo, al revisar el historial de importaciones bancarias, se observó que el proceso de importación falló. El fallo se ha acompañado del siguiente mensaje de error:
"Hubo un problema al conectar con su institución financiera. Se ha producido un error de búsqueda: no se ha encontrado el registro 'customrecord_absi_file_import_sftp'."
Explicación:
El error se produce cuando un usuario con un rol personalizado que carece de permisos suficientes para la importación de archivos de conectividad SFTP intenta disparar una importación.
