Hello @User_7CG4X, Per checking, there's an Enhancement filed related to this behavior. It's logged as Enhancement 79570 Purchase orders> Items> Expense tab> Close all expenses> Status is Fully Billed instead of "Closed". Hoping for your understanding of this system limitation. Thank you! 🙇♀️
