Unfortunately. I don't think Criteria formula will work because if you add any criteria, it filters the list that shows in the Results. Anything that doesn't meet the criteria will not show up.

[UPDATE] from https://status.netsuite.com/ We are applying a fix to alleviate the issue affecting NetSuite service in multiple region. Some customers are starting to experience service recovery, and we are continuing to monitor mitigation progress.
