Hi Scott, I am thinking of creating a project task saved search and may use it as a reference before booking a new project task. Hi @User_PUXOS, You can use the general case capture NetSuite Address located at Setup > Support > Preferences > Support Preferences (Administrator) > Inbound Email subtab. For more information, please see SuiteAnswers: Using Email Case Capture | Answer Id: 11045. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi Imelda, This is because of the opportunity attached to the record. Can you please confirm if the copied quote has an opportunity attached to it? Try to make a copy of an estimate and choose an empty opportunity field. The estimate will be saved as "open." Regards,

Hi Imelda, Upon checking, there is no standard process in NetSuite for the functionality that you want. I consulted this internally, and this is also not possible via workflow or script. Hi @Hormese Paul, Per checking, Statement is not considered as a Transaction record in the system. This is the reason why it is not following the Subsidiary Return Email Address set in Email Preferences > Transactions. I hope this answers your questions. Regards,

It seems that we cannot source the remaining fields in the gift certificate. The fields are not exposed to sourcing. As an alternative solution, create a transaction custom fields and use these to pull up the code and the original amount in the email template.
