Yes, this is per email and that includes the size of the attachment plus the actual size of the email. Enabling the Include View Record Link and from the Saved Search > Email tab will let the recipient export the result to PDF or Excel file. How big is the attachment? There is a 25MB limitation on emails sent from NetSuite. If the report you are sending over email contains any non-ASCII characters in the results data, the limit can be reduced due to applied encoding.
