I noticed on a recent order that a $5 item cost $9 to ship. I did some testing and the same item cost about $6 to ship when changed to a business address. hey... so there are still issues producing trend graphs then? I had actually already read the other post, and i agree that the trend graphs should show a rolling 10 months (if 10 has been selected) otherwise it really isn't showing any kind of 'trend' for the first few months. I would vote for fixing the trend graphs (if using more resources) before adding more custom KPI Reports. At least you have a work-around for more custom KPI Reports (split them up between rolls). T

As far as I see, we can't use a new "free shipping" shipping method as a solution. This is because when you specify an item to use the "free shipping" shipping method; the entire order is ships free. Still, how about a single shipping method with shipping rates by item - specify a shipping cost on each item and create a shipping item with "By Item" selected.
