I'm glad your working on the problems that came with your v11 release, but it is not fixed until I can use it. That's like me telling the IRS "I paid my income tax and I will send the payment out next Friday". T

In addition to the mysterious "1 Sales order to fulfill", we now we also have one that prompts "1 sales order to pack" we get "An unexpected error has occurred" when we click on it. T

I tried what you suggested without success. I pulled down the "filter by" menu to "Ignore Item Availability" and nothing changed. I wasn't sure if was updating so I tried reselecting the posting period and other things to make it update. Nothing seemed to make it show the one record that the dashboard reminder was talking…

After some tests, I have found that it is only SERVICE items on a SO that I can't edit the price of. I can edit the price of inventory items or any items for sale, but I can't edit services for sale. -Tom

Evan, I just tried to adjust the price of a service item (on an estimate) and it wouldn't take it. It resets it to the base cost as soon as I click on "add". I also tested in SO and it seem to not work there either. I may be wrong, but I thought that this problem had been fixed. T

Are we really NetSuite's only customer that can't edit the price of any service items for sale (by choosing "custom price level" in a sales order's line item)? Has anyone else tested this? We have the need to do this and it is crippling us right now. Any ETA on a fix? T

Why can't we edit our posts in this group? Why do we have to name our replys to a post in this group. What doesn't it auto-name it something like "RE: original post"? Tom

Where is that feature? I guess it wouldn't be useful or a "work-around" if you need to copy the second or third most recent SO from any customer. -Tom

I did enter a case. It has happened again. Neither order ever showed a "PayPal Tran. ID" number in NetSuite. Neither order ever showed a "status = completed" in NetSuite. Both orders still show "status = Pending PayPal Authorization" even though the PayPal funds were collected for the orders and the money is in our bank…

Still not sure why anyone would want to save an order that was declined. I don't want to save web-orders that are declined. Maybe that is causing Bill's confusion. I'm only talking about back-office orders that we manually enter (usually while on the phone with the customer). We frequently add notes to item descriptions.…

Not sure I want an order to save if the card is declined. Last thing I need is for the Customer Service agent to forget to cancel the order. In SuiteAnalytics, I jusy tried staring with item search and then joining to transactions... not possible. Any more ideas to test would be appreciated.

It is a transaction body field. It is called "sales channel" and holds a name from a list... like eBay, Amazon or WebStore.

We'd go with Magento if we left SiteBuilder. We have a WooCommerce store that feeds into our sales via farapp. WooCommerce is a little too "light" for us.
