Amen to that. I mean really, wouldn't you expect an ecommerce site to send the total of all charges on the order confirmation? Isn't that just common sense? I can't think of any place I have ever purchased online that has not included the shipping on my emailed confirmation.

Analytics breaks the paypal checkout button...yes? Also, Analytics doesn't seem to work with WSDK sites....

Hi Fishpick - when might we see part 3? Looks great so far. Thanks for taking the time.

In theory, this is an improvement. However, we are still running into some old frustrations. The shipping estimator does not respect your default shipping method for the web store. Instead, it applies as the default whichever shipping table has set prices and lowest cost. For instance, if you have UPS ground as your…

I light a candle when I get home each night and say a small prayer that somewhere, deep within NetSuite there's a skunkworks project to build a proper shopping cart that's connected to the back-end via a comprehensive web services integration, but otherwise completely divorced from the back-end interface. -Darren I'm going…

Amen, Darren. NS - Can we get some idea if this will be addressed in the new version of NS?
-
It's not your connection - NS is having problems. We started having problems yesterday and were completely down for a few hours in the afternoon. Now we can login, but the system is still un-useably slow. They say it's fixed, but it ain't. NS really needs to have a non-NS hosted page where they can posted known issues and…

We are also having a problem with the new shipping estimator and that is that the shipping method used seems to bear no relationship to the default for our store. We have a UPS ground option which is free over $100 and the shipping estimator is using USPS rates (which are also available, but not the default) instead. I…

Thanks for the help, we were having the same problem. Seems to work ok with with all the options set to allways charge tax, and default set to "not taxable". How counter-intuitive.
-
We just want a canned one page check-out that works. I don't need the high end customization and we don't want to hire a guru to use each new NS feature. We just want to click "use one page checkout = true" and be done with it. Agreed. This would go a long way to making us happy Netsuite users.

Has anyone set this up with the Paypal integration that could walk us through a step by step? Thanks!
-
Any word as we approach the end of the month?

We need this functionality for NetSuite. If there is a mod listening, please allow us to set up new payment methods for the website. The customers who are going to be entering sales orders from the customer center are mostly resellers who are on NET30 terms with us. They are confused when they can't pay with a check.…

Is there a way to allow the customer to select the quantity of each item included in the mulitadd?
-
Oh, the shame of double-posting. I have this code working on a test page for one of our kits. We sell kits with many components which are actually also inventory items, and which the customer can customize. This bit of code seems to work great when combined with some javascript to add the correct array of items based on…

Thanks for the quick response. I guess I should have been more specific. What I was wondering was if there was a way to display it in a wsdk website where the customer could choose different quantities via a text box, without access to the code. Is there a simple way to do this without a lot of javascripting? Thanks,

For both cases, see if you have any Highlights set that would reference fields that could be set with multiple entries, or any of your columns with the same thing. If a card could have multiple addresses for example. I've come across similar issues where restricting to Main Line:true limits the results and removing any…

I am having a similar problem, and I can't seem to shake it. I have the following criteria set in in a customer search: Date of First Saleis within last month Transaction : Typeis any of Cash Sale, Invoice Transaction : Main Lineis true Transaction : Tax Lineis false Transaction : Shipping Lineis false Transaction : COGS…

What columns do you have in your Results? Hi Michoel, ID, Name, Company Name, State, email, Transaction Number (count), Amount (sum), Promotion, and two custom fields for customer types. The records are grouped by customer name, and all others are Maximum summaries except number and account. Thanks for any hints.

Any news on this?
-
Still seems to be an ongoing problem. Could we please get some attention to this issue, NS or an update as to when it would be addressed? It should be easy to sort out. Start with solution 1 as the default, spreading equally across the member items but allow the user to adjust that if they wish.

I don't know if there is a solution, but we would also be interested in it. This adds an extra step, as you say, and moves in the opposite direction from streamlined fulfillment. I wish the previews would highlight stuff like this. It seems like these really important nuts and bolts changes get overlooked in all the hype…en Weight field auto filling on item fulfillments Comentario por nathanatwesspur Sep 11, 2013 3:36PM

Did you find it, Kastnerd?

We were just upgraded this last Friday night and now our warehouse is also experiencing this. Can somebody please post the Defect # so I can also add a case in get attached right to it so maybe it will get fixed faster. Thanks. +1 for us. Thanks.

Our engineers are actively working on releasing a fix as soon as possible. Please refer to issue 202097 or this thread for updates - https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users...ad.php?t=27320 We sincerely appreciate your patience. Can't follow the link - invalid thread? *edit* Looks like the URL has been truncated.

Just started for us as well.... shipping labels still print, but UPS calcs are down.
-
That's very frustrating - we too only want the shipping for the real time rates. Oh well. PS. Awesome to see people from Looney Labs on here - my wife and I are big fans of Zombie Fluxx. Thanks for a swell game. :D
-
I am investigating the status of this issue. EDIT: Result - we will be looking at this ASAP. +1 for us. We are getting the same error. There used to be a check box for "calculate weight automatically" or something, which was very nice. Evan, the last post on this thread was over a month ago - any progress?

We are also seeing an error message but only from one out of 6 users in our company. He is set to full access, and sales roles, and neither allow him to use the tracking. He is runnign vista and using IE. Funny thing is, if I use my adminstrator login on his computer I can see the tracking info. ?
