Still seems to be an ongoing problem. Could we please get some attention to this issue, NS or an update as to when it would be addressed? It should be easy to sort out. Start with solution 1 as the default, spreading equally across the member items but allow the user to adjust that if they wish.

I don't know if there is a solution, but we would also be interested in it. This adds an extra step, as you say, and moves in the opposite direction from streamlined fulfillment. We are also seeing an error message but only from one out of 6 users in our company. He is set to full access, and sales roles, and neither allow him to use the tracking. He is runnign vista and using IE. Funny thing is, if I use my adminstrator login on his computer I can see the tracking info. ?
