Yes, not able to update keyword campaigns via import is a big pain. After you do an import of say 200 keywords and you want to make some changes, then the only option is to edit each one or delete everything and start from scratch again. Netsuite should give priority to this enhancement which I would like to call as a BUG.

Same problem for us too. Customers have started calling us and complaining. We have to now give refund for all the sales tax charged. I hope they give top priority to this and fix this today itself.

We use UPS rates with some discount and also offers the same UPS rates with more discount and label it as USPS. This way customer gets the choice to choose UPS or USPS. Many customers prefer USPS because of low rates and low duty. We ship USPS Airmail if they choose USPS. www.jafrum.com
