Latest - offer accepted date

Required formula for populating latest - offer accepted dateContent
Hi there,
I have created a report that contains all hired candidates details. I have populated all fields including "offer accepted date". However, I get duplicate candidate details since there are 2 or more offer accepted date for some candidates.
Please can you let me know the formula to populate latest - offer accepted date.
