Latest - Historical Step/Status Comments

Hi there,
I have created a report (attached) and I added Historical Step/Status Comments. However, I got the report with all comments but I required only the latest comment for that particular requisition.
Please can you let me know how to get the latest one. I have tried with "is most recent" option but I didn't get the latest comments. Please can you guide me.
