1095-C output reporting issues for new hires/separations
For the 1095-C output, employees are seeing 1A for their first month of hire (we offer benefits first of the month after the date of hire) which would be incorrect. This is the same as for termination where the employee (covered until the end of the month) shows 1A which is also incorrect. Oracle has advised to use the override option, however, we have hundreds of employees that we would need to manually update and upload. How have others faced this challenge? Is there a workaround or offline solution that others have leveraged?
