Visual indicator for Required comments / ratings on Performance evaluation page

Summary:

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to put a visual indicator for Required comments / ratings on Performance evaluation page (for example, an asterisk)?

On the Structure tab of Performance document template, comments / ratings can be set as "Required", or "Optional" ("Optional With Warning" or "Optional Without Warning") for different performance roles.

However, the evaluator (worker / participant / manager) cannot make out what section comments / ratings or item comments / ratings are "Required" vs "Optional" until they hit the "Submit" button for evaluation where they get "Error" for missed "Required" comments/ratings and warning message for "Optional With Warning" comments/ratings.

For enhanced user experience, it would be helpful, if some kind of visual indicator can be provided on the performance evaluation page (an asterisk, for example) for calling out "Required" comments / ratings on the page.
