Oracle HCM Benefits :: Enrollment change due to Promotion Life Event
we have a requirement where during promotion life event an employee can change the plan but not the option
There are two plans Staff plan and Manager plan with same three options 1. Employee Only 2. Employee + 1 and 3. Employee + Family. Now in case an employee is promoted from Staff to manager, then he is eligible for Manager plan with the same option he is enrolled in Staff Plan. For eg) If employee before promotion is enrolled in Employee only option in Staff plan, then after promotion he should be able to enroll only in Employee only option in Manager plan and not in other options. Any help on achieving this requirement is highly appreciated.
