Goal measurements to calculate the rating score automatically
Summary:
There’s no clear documentation so I could not verify that point. The customer requires a more objective way of determining the goal and competency scores. So for quantitative goals they don’t want the employee or manager enter the score from the rating scale but each level will have a numeric interval and the actual values entered for each goal will calculate the corresponding rating score automatically
Let’s say these are the min-max target values
Level-1 0…15
Level-2 16…30
Level-3 31…50
So that the actual value is let’s say 18, this numeric value will be entered as an actual value then it will return Level-2 from the star rating automatically.
