Unable to remove the rating description in manager rating field

Hi Team,

I have created a competency called "promotion" wherein I have used the manager rating section for the yes/no dropdown in the performance document.

Now, I am trying to remove the rating description header and values but when I am trying to remove the required option for the short description in the profile rating Model, the Astrit mark is removed for that field but still, the profile rating model is not saving without the short description filed. Attached is the screenshot reference.

kindly help me to resolve this error.
