Restricting employees to submit a higher option during open enrollment

Summary:

Possibility of restricting employees to submit for a higher option

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Team,

We have 11 options for Supplemental life based on salary (like 1XSalary, 2XSalary etc.) including Waive option. The requirement is to check employees' previously elected option and allow them to increase the tier by 1 or decrease during OE. For e.g.: If an employee was previously enrolled into Supplemental Life - 2XSalary, he/she can either enroll to 3XSalary option or can decrease the option to 1XSalary or Waive. Is there any configuration/setup by which we can make this work.

Howdy, Stranger!
