how to update the employee profile with performance and potential rating from performance doc

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to update the employee profile with the ratings from performance evaluation. Here it goes:

In the Year End Evaluation, the Performance goals and Development Goals will be evaluated. once the evaluation is completed, the requirement is to update the employee profile with the Performance Ratings and Potential Ratings. The calculated section ratings of performance goals is considered as Performance Ratings and The calculated section Ratings of Development Goals is considered as Potential Ratings.

The reason behind the two different ratings is because in talent review meeting a 9 Box Cell for Performance v/s Potential will be plotted and the ratings from performance evaluations will be considered (Manual Rating for line managers is not allowed).
