can we add pre-tax and After-tax to same element which is employer paid (secondary) ?
Summary:
I have a requirement from the client, where in
For a single plan, Group A Variable profile - Employees will have Pre-tax and Group B Variable profile- Employees will have After-tax benefit and both are employer paid (Secondary).
If I add Standard rate - Not-applicable and Group A Variable rate as Pre-tax and Group B Variable rate as After-tax, will this work? Or should I create separate plans to attach the elements?
