Redwood: Item Level Competency Weight in Performance Template

Summary:

Hi All,

I have created performance templates that include sections for Competencies, Overall Summary, Employee & Manager Final Feedback. In the Competencies section, I selected a rating scale and enabled weights in Item properties. After assigning the performance document to the employee, during the employee's self-evaluation, under 'Actions' in the top right corner, there is an option to 'Edit Weightage.' However, according to the client's requirement, employees should not enter any weightage; only managers should.

If weightage is not entered, after adding ratings to competencies in the summary section, I encounter a message stating 'no valid date to display.' After entering some value in the weightage section, when I click on the 'Calculate' button, I can see some rating values.

Howdy, Stranger!
