Redwood Bug: When employee update goal progress it keeps on loading.

Summary:

Dear Team,

Our client has this issue after activating the approval for Performance Goal, where when an employee try to update his completion goal, the screen is stuck on "Loading" making the transaction remain in "Draft" mode.

When we try to refresh the page, the page reset to how it was before any update but the transaction is still on Draft.

We tried to inspect the console and got the following Errors attached in screenshot below.

The following issue can be replicated as desired following:
Me >> Career and Performance >> Goals Center >> Select Goal >> Update Goal Completion.

Please are there anyways to solve this issue?
