Issues with the Application of Calculated Values by Fast Formula in Plans with Future Approval

For my health and dental plans, I am using a Fast Formula to calculate the amount based on the number of dependents plus the holder's amount. It is working and applying the value when submitting the plan enrollment. However, I am also using the plan enrollment suspension so that HR can review and approve the plan, but when it's approved with a future date, the calculated amount applied by the Fast Formula no longer appears.

I tested some combinations of enrollment parameters to adjust the start date, and the only change was the tax start date, but the calculated amount remains incorrect. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, could you explain if something needs to be adjusted/corrected in the formula, or is this an unexpected system behavior? Could you share how you resolved this issue?
