Redwood Benefits Self Service Page Issues and Observations
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hi everyone,
We are noticing couple of things in the newly launched Benefits Self Service pages.
- We report a life event through "Report a Life event" quick action from employee login and do enrollments. Post that, if we void that life event from Benefits admin page, the life event is not getting deleted from Self-service. It is still there and as a result of which, system is not allowing to add a life event again on the same day. Screenshots attached.
- Once we submit the enrollments from Self-Service, earlier in responsive UI, a confirmation page used to come. With Redwood, the confirmation page no longer comes and user is redirected to the home page. From there they can click "View enrollments", see the summary and click View Report to download the pdf which gets generated. This might be intended in Redwood, but just wanted to get a confirmation that is this the new process?
