To calculate the number of months for refund when employee is terminated in between Policy period.
Summary:
We have configured Employee and dependent premium to be paid Annually for the policy term period from 1st Jan to 31st December. If employee is terminated in between the policy term.
Current Scenario: When the employee (hired as of 1st Jan) is terminated as of 10th August, the refund amount calculation calculates the amount including the termination month as well (which is for 5 months total). The refund amount calculated should be for 4 months instead of 5 months.
Expected Scenario: The number of months to be calculated for refund should be as mentioned in below table-
