Benefits Relationship is blank after 25b update

Summary:

Prior to the 25b update, all employees had the correct assigned Benefits Relationship. However post 25b update, it is now blank for all employees and we cannot create any enrollments opportunities. I have checked the Configure Default Benefits Relationship area which seems fine and is still populated with valid dates.

Prior to Redwood, there a refresh button on the Benefit Service Centre page and once clicked, used to automatically allocate employees with the Benefit Relationship if it was blank. This no longer seems to be available for Admins to use.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
