Excel Web Query

edited Dec 3, 2019 12:37PM in Account Administration 1 comment

According to NetSuite, here's how(see below - partial instructions) to setup the web query. However, I can't seem to get the refreshed information to show up in Excel after changes are made in NetSuite. Also I have to re-input the email address each time to view the revised NetSuite report. Anyone else here using web queries and having these problems?

NetSuite Instructions - In Excel, enter your email address in the Enter Parameter Value window.
This is the email address you use to log in to your NetSuite account.
Note: Checking the Use this value/reference for future refreshes box allows you and any other user granted access to the report the power to refresh this report from within excel indefinitely without having to reenter an email address. The only way to deny future access is to not check this box, remove the check from the Allow Web Query preference or delete the saved report.

Howdy, Stranger!
