A tiny little payroll reporting problem

edited Aug 15, 2007 5:07PM in SuitePeople HR / US Payroll 9 comments

Last month, I posted a problem I was having with form 941 for the quarter ended 6-30-07, in that it showed incorrect amounts for Federal income taxable, as well as social security and Medicare taxable wages.  After several attempts to resolve this issue with Netsuite Customer Support, I received the following email this morning:

Thank you for contacting NetSuite Customer Support.

Hi Thom,

With regard to your concern on your Quarterly Federal Tax Return (941) which as per your contention is not correct due to the fact that it did not deduct the Cafetaria Pre-tax Item in box2, I was able to note as per my research that the amounts shown in box2 amounting to $XX is correct because that is the total amount of FEderal Tax Wages if you customize your report just to show the federal earnings.

Howdy, Stranger!
