View Information on Subordinate's Subordinates

I have filed an enhancement for this request: 137605

Abstract: VP/ Director/ Managing Director Role (Any Center type administrator) > Employee / Department / Class /Location Restriction > Ability to specify the restriction as "Self, subordinates and also the subordinate's subordinates only".

What we have is a VP that has managers who are his managers (subordinates). When we view his employee record, it only shows those managers and not the employees (subordinate's subordinates) that are under those managers. Our VP needs to see expense reports and transactions pertaining to his entire group. We cannot use department as this particular VP spans two departments and also needs to see COGS which is under a completely different department. And we cannot use class.
