NYS Payroll Law....Customize Paychecks
I know this issue has been hashed out before and there was little response because of NS's relationship with NEBS but now the law has stepped in so clients of NS in New York State are required to have some more flexiblity with this aspect of the system.
Effective April 9, 2011 NY States Wage Theft Prevention Act (WTPA) came into effect. Among its numerous requirements for businesses of all sizes are the requirements of payroll record keeping. The only major component missing from NS programing is the ability to put the address and phone number of the employer as well as any DBA.
