Employes Import Expense Detail

Is there a way where the employees can import their credit card expense into NS?   I know that we can manage credit cards through the Credit Card module and that our accountant can import expense; but what my employees are asking for is the ability for them to import their expenses directly  (e.g. Expensify).

I looked at the Employee Role but it does not allow for importing.  Any suggestions?
