My Downloads - how to remove it?
Does anyone know how to remove the "My Downloads" option from the Store Catalog ?
It's confusing our customers.
Our customers use our NS store to purchase software and then download it. Now I know NS has recently added a feature to make this integrated - but we've been using NS for over a year already and our systems are not going to change overnight (especially since it's an "option").
However all customers now have a "My Downloads" link in their "My Account" which is just simply confusing. Especially since our NS account (small business level) has absolutely NO WAY of putting anything into that area. So it always takes the customer to a blank page.
