Significant drop in sales since Version 11
Has anyone else experienced a drop in sales since Version 11? we are seeing our sales *dive* from 25% to 50% lower and it started exactly when the last version was applied to our account.
I have examined the web trends statistics re visitors, polled customers, reviewed prices and items sold but nothing will explain this drop in sales. We have been in business for 7 years now so I do have some history to compare this with. We have never experienced anything like this before and I am scrambling to find an answer.
I will add that our site is down/unavailable quite often lately and that we have had several inexplicable emails that complain of not being able to check out. "stuck at checkout" or unable to log in.
