My Account-Customer Center to show emails history

Hello all, i hope some of you can give me some suggestion of how to do this. Right now when customers place an order at our website sometimes we put the order on hold because of different issues (payment, verification, etc..), thus the order will be in the "Pending Approval" status. 

We normally send out the emails via netsuite in the message-email tab and let the customers know what's going on with their orders. However, since some customers don't check emails or emails got into the junk mail folder they may not get to see the status emails at all.  They can login to my account, see transactions, and will be able to see their orders in the "Pending Approval" status but there is no further explanation.  I'm wondering if it is possible to display the email messages that we sent out in the my account-see transation->order screen so that in
