If we are dealing with a prospect and we have produced an estimate, it would be great if there was a URL that we could embed in to the estimate that would let the prospect either populate their shopping cart, or better still that would log them in and let them complete their order.
This would be such a time saver and revenue generator as we would then make sure that every prospect was given a quote. At the moment it is too time consuming as you also have to create a log in account for them, assign a password etc for external access, and describe in detail how they navigate in to the website to pick up their quote to turn it in to an order.
