Total sales on customer record
I'd submitted a thread similar to this in the past but I think it may have been worded poorly.
What I'm looking for is to display a customers total invoiced sales (or sales orders) on their customer record 12 month rolling or YTD. It's basically a quick way for a sales rep to see where the customers ranks with us in terms of spending.
Are there any easy ways to do this that don't involve scripting? Also, if scripting is required could someone start me in the right direction? What type of script and some pseudo code perhaps? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
