<p>I'm wondering if anyone has a nice, light-weight process domain framework.A  I'm trying to assess my capabilities and prioritize our level of investment on improvements.A  Precision and super-science is not my goal, just a comprehensive set of process domains and some definitions or characteristics of maturity at each level. Easy to understand for a variety of audiences.</p><p>Basically one level lower than the recent Open Air white paper.A  So, under Service Execution, things like: Project Planning, Project Management, Reporting, T&E, Knowledge library, Resource management, Collaboration, Project Governance, Quality, SW Development.</p><p>I'm about to "define" these myself and describe what I think the
