Task:Issue Association Functionality

<p>A </p><p>In OpenAir, when a user is in a Project's Task it is unknown if there is an Issue is associated with it. A <br/><br/>But, if they look at an Issue they see if there is an associated task.A  A product enhancement should be made to include the association of the Issue to Task in the Task view.<br/><br/></p>
