Any advice on how to account for FMLA and Emergency Leaves due to COVID-19 in SuitePeople?
The new Families First Coronavirus Response Act provides for 80 hrs of emergency paid leave and up to 12 weeks paid FMLA effective April 1, 2020. We are considered as a critical/essential company so we are continuing our operations on a limited basis and following the COVID-19 guidelines.
How do you account for some employees that are going to avail of these paid leaves? We are planning to create separate accounts for these. I am curious what others are doing.
