Oracle odbc and ora-907

Hi,

We have an application that extracts data from an Oracle 12.2.0.1 64bit EE database. The odbc is from an Oracle 12c 64bit client, the driver is SQORA32.dll version 12.02.00.01.

The application reads a Oracle view and most of the time it goes fine. No errors. But sometimes Oracle returns a ora-907 error. It means thata right parenthesis is missing.

The query, according to the supplier of the application, should generates the following query:

SELECT       *

FROM vw_RelatiesExtern

WHERE Nummer > 0 AND Nummer IS NOT NULL

  AND BSNummer >0 AND BSNummer IS NOT NULL

  AND(

   BSNummer IN (...,...)

   OR BSNummer IN (...,...)

  )

but when I trace at the Oracle database I see the following query:
