Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Define your own Performance Review with your Manager
When HR creates a performance review for an employee, it is likely that that template is generic across the org. - or at least the department. However, each employee has specific needs and should be working towards things that matter most to them and their career.
Employees and their managers should work together to define what is most important to evaluate the employee on when it comes time for the performance review, because they understand the specific expectations of that employee's role and what will be required of them to grow in their career the best.
The challenge with this, however, is how HR determines what compensation changes each employee should receive when the criteria each one is being evaluated against is different / inconsistent.
